Corcovado 02

Corcovado, Rio de Janeiro. I took this shot from the hotel at around 5 o'clock in the morning, took it with a tri-pod mounted canon 20d with f/18, 2 second semi-long exposure.

It was just the break of day and the fog and clouds created a gloomy mood on the landscape. I was waiting for this moment were the statue of Cristo Redentor would be visible and free from the cloudy background.
