Taken from a viewpoint overlooking Florence skyline with Palazzo Vecchio and the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo). Tuscany is well-known for a couple of things: 1.) the Duomo 2.) the original statue of David (by Michaelangelo himself) 3.) almost consistent Terra-cota colored roof tiles 4.) the year-round good weather and scorching sun 5.) the excellent Tuscan Flavors (food) 6.) LEATHER--lots of it. I even got myself an Authenthic Firenze Caramel Belt.
